ONE TABLE is a curated dining experience set on the upper level of SPARK Upper West. A single, central table — twelve to sixteen guests at a time — gathered around one menu that arrives in courses, designed to be shared.
It is not fine dining in the classical sense. The focus is not on complexity, but on clarity: good ingredients, well-executed dishes, a setting designed to be shared. Dinner here is structured, calm, intentional — a moment removed from the pace of the city.

Each evening offers one curated tasting menu — five courses, plated for the table, paired by the cellar. The kitchen leans into clear flavours, restrained technique and the produce of the season. No à la carte, no choices to make. Trust the room.
An optional wine pairing accompanies each menu. Dietary requirements are accommodated when noted at the time of reservation.
The upper level of Upper West, designed by Hadi Teherani, has been fully reimagined for ONE TABLE. Height, light and material precision define the room. A single long table, an open kitchen, a view that runs from the Tiergarten to the Funkturm.
The architecture does not compete with the experience — it frames it.
Host a private dinner at ONE TABLE — board dinners, anniversaries, intimate corporate gatherings. The full upper level can be reserved for parties of up to twenty-four, with a tailored menu, dedicated sommelier and full discretion.
Set within SPARK Upper West, on the upper level of one of Berlin's signature towers. Above Kantstraße and the Tiergarten, with a view across the western skyline.
